Kimberly Williams, MPP

Kimberly Williams, MPP serves as the Health Equity Administrator for Humana Healthy Horizons ™ of Louisiana. Prior to joining Humana, Williams served as the CEO of Our Community Health. As Texas Executive Director for Nurse-Family Partnership, she co-led the NFP National Service Office Task Force on Maternal Morbidity and Mortality and served on the Texas Maternal Morbidity and Mortality Review Committee. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Spelman College in Atlanta and her Master of Public Policy from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. Kimberly serves as the FCI services expert for stakeholders who would like to bring the Family Connects Model to their communities on the local and state levels.
