Dr. Sherika Hill has worked at the executive level in industry with over seven years of global pharmaceutical research & development experience as a senior portfolio analyst. During this time she oversaw genetics research strategic initiatives in the US and UK. Dr. Hill spent the past 12 years in academia as a scholar and researcher. She rose to the rank of faculty at Duke in 2019 as a clinical epidemiologist with expertise in child mental health outcomes and policy. Her industry and investigative efforts have focused on measuring and achieving population-level impacts for optimal child development, especially for marginalized communities. Dr. Hill brings a community-focused approach to driving systems change, that is informed by deep experience in maternal-child health, public policy, and healthcare administration.
