Farewell and Thank You Jenny!

Dear FCI friends and partners,

It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that FCI’s Chief Nursing Officer, Jenny Jensen, will be departing her role at FCI on December 20. As you may know, Jenny has been a part of Family Connects for many years, both at Duke University when the model was still preparing to scale and launch, and after its launch as an independent organization, at FCI since January 2023.

Jenny’s contributions have been varied and impactful, including her tenure last year as Acting CEO, when she stepped into a challenging role at an important time in the organization’s leadership transition. I can speak for the whole Board and staff in saying that she has had a tremendous impact on FCI, and we are deeply grateful for all her hard work.

I hope you will join me in wishing Jenny all the best in her journey. She will undoubtedly continue to use her passion for women’s health, nurse home visiting, and health equity to make a difference for families.
