Colleen Bridger, MPH, PhD, is founder and CEO of Colleen Bridger Consulting, LLC https://colleenbridgerconsulting.com/, working with non-profits and local governments to help them address the root causes of some of their most challenging service delivery issues. She has served as the Local Health Director in three North Carolina counties for 20+ years, as well as District Health Director and Assistant City Manager in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Bridger also founded and directed the Institute for Child Success in Greenville, SC.
