Melea Rose-Waters

As FCI’s Senior Policy Director, Melea leads overall policy planning and execution, including developing and implementing annual federal and state policy agendas. With over a decade of experience in public policy advocacy, research, and analysis, she brings with her a deep understanding of child maltreatment prevention, positive childhood experiences, and early relational health. Melea supports FCI’s community partners in building their capacity to advocate for investments in local Family Connects programs.
